Commit
Review what changed, choose up to three priorities, clear blockers and agree on specific commitments.
(01) Founder Accountability Programme — Pilot intake
A 12-week business execution programme for solo founders. Twice a week, we set priorities, make decisions and hold you to the commitments that move your business forward.
(02) The problem
Knowing what to do is rarely the problem. The problem is that nothing fixed forces the decision and protects the follow-through.
Qiro Accountability gives you that structure: a fixed rhythm, candid feedback and senior business judgment.
(03) How it works
Review what changed, choose up to three priorities, clear blockers and agree on specific commitments.
Review the evidence, find out why work stalled and decide what changes before next week.
You make the decisions and carry out or delegate the work. Qiro brings structure, candid feedback and senior business judgment, which solo founders rarely get from someone with no stake in avoiding the hard conversation.
(04) Your 12 weeks
Set your baseline, one clear goal, your constraints and your first milestones.
Test a realistic workload. Written review at week 4.
Hit milestones and show measurable progress. Written review at week 8.
Concentrate on the highest-value remaining work and drop stale actions on purpose.
Compare where you finished with where you started, and get a clear recommendation for what comes next.
(05) Who it's for
The programme is for solo founders pursuing a goal in go-to-market, marketing, growth, delivery or operations. A broad goal is fine. In the onboarding session, we turn it into one practical 12-week target and agree on how to measure progress.
You don't need a perfect track record. You do need:
(06) What's included
30 minutes, every Tuesday and Friday for 12 weeks.
In week 1, replacing one regular session. We define your goal, starting point and first milestones.
Priorities, commitments, decisions, blockers and evidence. You update it before each session; we review it together.
One page each at weeks 4 and 8.
With a clear recommendation for your next step.
Before each session
You send a short written update by the previous business day, so we spend our time on decisions, not on reconstructing your week.
I help you prioritise, question assumptions, sequence the work and set commitments you can actually keep.
I'll tell you directly when a plan is too big, when a decision is being avoided or when an action no longer serves the goal. I won't just chase your to-do list. My job is to build a working rhythm around one business outcome that matters to you.
Show up prepared. Give accurate updates, including when something didn't happen.
Make the decisions that belong to you, and carry out the agreed actions yourself or through your team.
Qiro Accountability provides accountability and business guidance. It does not include implementation. Research, writing, campaign production, vendor management and hands-on delivery can be scoped separately.
All support happens in your scheduled sessions. Use our agreed channel for your pre-session update and logistics. Substantive business questions go on the agenda for the next session.

Coaching often explores mindset, direction or personal development. Qiro Accountability is built around execution. We take one business goal, turn it into weekly commitments and review the evidence twice a week. The focus stays on decisions made, work done and what has to change next.
Any business goal in go-to-market, marketing, growth, delivery or operations. It can start broad. In onboarding, we refine it into one 12-week target with clear milestones and a measure of progress. If your goal first needs research, an audit or a deeper strategic assessment, I'll recommend a separate diagnostic engagement.
No. The programme is designed for solo founders. You need authority to make the decisions and at least six hours a week to do the work yourself or delegate it to freelancers, contractors or staff.
Plans are adjusted as a normal part of the process. Priorities shift and some actions stop making sense. We change the plan when the evidence says so, and dropping an action is treated as a deliberate decision, not a failure. Weeks 9–11 are set aside for re-scoping so you finish on the work that matters most.
Sessions run on fixed Tuesday and Friday slots so the rhythm holds. You can reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice, up to two times during the programme. Sessions missed without notice are not replaced. If I need to move a session, I'll offer a replacement or an appropriate credit.
Not routinely. The value comes from a consistent 12-week rhythm. In genuinely exceptional circumstances, we'll agree an arrangement together and put it in writing.
Tell me. Accurate updates matter more than a perfect record. If commitments keep slipping, we look at why: the plan may be too large, a decision may be blocking the work or your capacity may have changed. After two consecutive weeks without progress or participation, we hold a reset conversation to reduce the load and agree what participation needs to look like from then on.
Yes, for your pre-session update and logistics, through our agreed channel. Substantive business questions go on the agenda for your next session, never more than a few days away. This keeps decisions inside a structured conversation instead of scattered across messages.
No. The programme covers accountability and business guidance, and you own the implementation. If you need research, writing, campaign production, vendor management or hands-on delivery, I can scope that as separate work.
The format uses short prompts, visible priorities and small, concrete next steps, which help many founders who find it hard to hold focus under pressure. You don't need to share any personal details to benefit. Please note that this is business accountability, not therapy or mental-health support.
No one can honestly guarantee revenue, a launch date or a completion rate. What I do commit to is structure, candid feedback and a clear record of progress. You'll see where you started, what moved, what didn't and why, all documented in your tracker and written reviews.
You get a closing review comparing your outcome to your starting baseline, with a recommendation for your next step. That might be a new 12-week goal, a deeper diagnostic engagement or no further support at all. Continuing requires a newly agreed goal and term, so the programme never becomes open-ended.
Apply below for a 20-minute fit call. If the programme is right for you, I'll send a written scope, the agreement and your proposed session slots. Your place is confirmed once the agreement is signed and your first month is paid.

The 20-minute fit call covers what you want to move forward, what's been getting in the way and whether this is the right level of support. If you need a deeper diagnosis or someone to manage delivery, I'll tell you that on the call.
Every application is reviewed personally.
